You certainly ate instant noodles at some point in your life, haven't you? Instant noodles, or instant ramen, may be a cheap and straightforward meal. But have you ever stopped to think if it's healthy? Instant noodles were created in Japan by Momofuku Ando, who developed a way to dry and fry noodles, which ensures a neater preparation and an extended shelf-life. This seemingly good image of instant noodles was challenged in 2010 when a South Korean research team conducted a study on the consequences of the noodles on our health. According to Dr. Hyun Shin, from Harvard University, 11 million South Korean people, from ages from 19 to 64 years, were studied. The participants gave daily reports of what they ate. The researchers then categorized every patient's diet with criteria like "centered in healthy foods" or "centered in junk food" and marked the amount of times patients ate instant noodles within the week. The researchers noticed that ladies who regularly ate instant noodles were more susceptible to develop metabolic syndrome, high vital signs, or high levels of blood glucose. They also had a better risk of heart diseases, strokes, and diabetes. Not specialized, is it? The results weren't equivalent for men. The research found that the biological differences between sexes, like metabolism and sexual hormones, may explain the apparent lack of relation between eating instant noodles and developing metabolic syndrome for men. That's intriguing, isn't it? Are you enjoying the video? Then, do not forget to go away with a like and share it together with your friends to assist the channel! Besides these findings, it is worth remembering that instant noodles contain absurd amounts of fat and sodium (around 60% of our daily needs). And, consistent with nutritionists, may contribute to the event of tons of health issues. After watching this video, I'm sure that you simply will avoid eating instant noodles again, especially if you're a lady. If you've got had any of the mentioned symptoms, including metabolic syndrome, talk to a doctor for an entire treatment.

Germany's brothels closed sex work banned because of corona moment like many Aisha isn't registered with the authorities and told us she's no choice but to keep working she didn't want to be identified with an early evening in one of berlin's red-light districts we saw at least a dozen sex workers what's causing concern are the ones you can't see the corona restrictions are supposed to make life safer for all of us the sex workers we've spoken to say for them they've simply made life more dangerous and some suspect an ulterior motive an attack on the industry itself this voyage is foreign Zuzu Casper and Cleo are part of a support network run by trans sex workers we met them as they prepared to hand out supplies advice to people on the streets here early in the pandemic they called us super spreaders and even if you were like seeing a lot of clients it's actually not a lot of contacts compared to other types of industries where they're able to work as I mean for example these meatpacking factories where there's hundreds of workers it is way more dangerous working now they're afraid of getting a fine if they call the police if something happens also clients know that it's a view at the moment so clients they can steal your money and just leave because what do you want to do call the police but with hotels being closed then often we're like expected to host clients in our homes but they don't want to give any information so you just end up having to decide whether you are going to take the money and be unsafe pay your rent you know it's not nice yeah it's normally a situation the pandemics exposed parts of german society some would prefer to ignore what they really want here is recognition you.

Super Food: Oranges fight cancer and are heart-healthy

Oranges cancer prevents stroke it's a good one diabetes. Now if you have diabetes oranges will bring your sugar up but if you don't have diabetes. That'll help prevent it okay and they support heart health. I have an orange every day the other interesting thing even though oranges. Are plentiful now and orange juice is plentiful twenty to thirty. Percent of adults have marginal levels of vitamin C remember. I told you it's good for healing it's good for cells. The growth of all of those things is obviously good for heart health. So, need to get more oranges all right vitamin C potassium fiber polyphenols folate. There's that folate again good for everything limonene sounds like lemon to me or a-line pectin. So, reduces stroke by 25% so that's why. Oranges again and here's the thing the pulp has twice the amount of vitamin C as the peel which is the pectin and ten times. The juice so why is it hard to find orange juice with the pulp that increases HDL. I'm proud to say my HDL SR 85 anything above 50 and a woman is good anything above 40 in a man is good contains. Folate lowers almost Sistine levels almost this gene is really bad it's one of those bad players like LDLs or you know the low down lousy LDLs and the like. And it also causes other bad things that don't have anything to do with the heart. Okay, then oranges as far as cancer they have every natural cancer inhibitor. Known detect in again inhibits prostate have a few men in this room and melanoma. They didn't test it in humans they did animals ok limonene that's the peel. Now you'd have to wash the peel first but it produces abnormal cell growth so that's very good for cancer. So, you wash your peel instead of throwing it away from you wash it and you grind it up and you can use it in our thing.

Four ways to protect yourself from coronavirus

Four ways to protect yourself from coronavirus

lots of people are worrying about coronavirus and we see a lot of people with masks can only get sick and I think do. I really need to go out most people if you catch coronavirus it'll be mild but for some coronavirus could be really serious. These are mostly older people and people with underlying health conditions things as asthma diabetes and heart disease good news is you can protect yourself and the NHS says you should do these things even. If you're not likely to be seriously affected by coronavirus you may pass it on to someone who could be.

Number one wash

your hands more the more you wash your hands the less likely you are to spread the virus to other people so if you've afterward and properly washed your hands so that takes about 20 seconds to get them really clean. Focusing on all parts hands around the nails in between the fingers wrists and your thumb and use soap and water and when you're done turn the tap off using tissue and put it in the bin antibacterial gels do work. But soap and water are best.

Number two avoid

touching your eyes nose and mouth because that's the way the virus could get into your body. You can still touch your face but only if you've washed your hands before.

Number three catching your

coughs and sneezes experts think corona the virus is spread by droplets that come out of your nose and mouth. So, when you sneeze or cough catches them with disposable tissues then Binet and wash your hands. Disposable tissues are better than handkerchiefs so that you carry around with you all the time. If you don't have a tissue sneeze or cough into the crook of your elbow that way the germs are away from your hands and you're less likely to pass. Them on unless you greet people using your elbow don't touch things with your hands if you don't have to the less you touch things like surfaces handrails lift buttons and less likely you are to catch the virus or indeed spread it on.

Number 4 stay away

from people who are ill if people are unwell don't get too close to them to catch something apart. That you should go about your life as normal that means you should go to work. Go to school and see your friends unless you've been told not to by your doctor or the NHS 111 coronavirus service when it comes to traveling check with the Foreign Office before you plan. To go now it's important to say that there's no evidence that you can catch coronavirus from letters parcels or food and these things won't work when it comes to treating coronavirus UV light. Antibiotics garlic and saline solution as for masks, they're important when people are in very close contact with patients but there's very little. Evidence that masks are helpful in everyday life if you've been coughing or you have a high temperature or you're short of breath you may have the symptoms of coronavirus. But you don't necessarily have coronavirus but if you think you may don't go anywhere. Especially not the hospital pharmacy or doctors instead phone your doctor or use the online NHS 111 coronavirus service and there'll be the ones who can tell you what you should do next.
